Last updated: August 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using gapp.so ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
gapp.so is a platform that enables users to publish, share, and discover AI-generated web applications. The Service provides hosting, landing page generation, distribution, AI features, and related capabilities for user-submitted apps.
3. User Content
3.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant gapp.so a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content through the Service.
3.2 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for content you submit. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
3.3 Prohibited Content: You may not submit content that:
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Is illegal, defamatory, or promotes violence
- Harvests user data without consent
- Impersonates others or misrepresents its origin
- Violates the privacy of others
4. User Accounts
4.1 Anonymous Submissions: The Service may allow anonymous app submissions. Anonymous submissions can be claimed by creating an account using the provided claim token.
4.2 Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security. You must not share your credentials or claim tokens with others.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by gapp.so and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
6. Third-Party Apps
Apps hosted on gapp.so may be created by third parties. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for third-party apps. Use of third-party apps is at your own risk. Each app may have its own terms and privacy practices.
7. Credits, Payments, and Refunds
7.1 Credits: Credits are virtual units used to access eligible features of the Service. They are not legal tender, have no cash value, and may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash unless we expressly state otherwise. Purchased credits, including bonus credits included in a paid credit pack, are delivered after payment is confirmed and do not expire. Credits obtained without direct payment may expire as disclosed when they are granted.
7.2 Used and Unused Credits: Credits that have already been used are not refundable, except where required by applicable law. You may ask us to review a refund request involving unused purchased credits by contacting us at hi@gapp.so. Include your account email, payment provider, order or payment reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. Eligibility is reviewed based on the unused credits, transaction circumstances, and applicable law.
7.3 Billing Problems: Contact us promptly if you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount, charged without authorization, or charged but did not receive the purchased credits. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have regarding unauthorized or incorrect charges.
7.4 Effect of a Refund: If a refund is approved, we will normally return funds to the original payment method where possible. The related purchased credits and any bonus credits included with that purchase will be removed from your account. We will confirm the refund scope before processing it. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
7.5 Non-Purchased Credits and Expiration: Free, promotional, gifted, referral, check-in, and other credits obtained without direct payment to gapp.so are not eligible for a cash refund. Expired credits are not refundable. These rules do not affect remedies required by applicable law.
7.6 Subscriptions: If subscription products are offered, cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current or any completed billing period. Requests involving billing errors, service failures, or rights provided by applicable law will be reviewed separately.
7.7 Mandatory Consumer Rights: Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or waives any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gapp.so shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages from third-party apps hosted on the platform.
10. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or its users, subject to applicable law.
11. Modifications
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
